Return window

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

What can be returned

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as the items are unused, in their original condition and original packaging, and include all parts, accessories and documentation.

How to start a return

Email info@lekkervolt.com with your order number and a short note on what you would like to return and why. We will reply with the return steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to reflect in your account.
