Shipping policy

We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa.

Handling time

Orders are processed within 0 to 1 business day, Monday to Friday. Our order cut-off is 2:00pm (GMT+2). Orders placed after 2:00pm are processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or South African public holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within South Africa takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch. Counting handling, total delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is a flat rate of R300 per order. Delivery is free on all orders over R8 500 (excluding taxes). Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on the items in your cart.

Carrier

Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy.
