Shipping policy

We currently ship to all addresses within South Africa.

Handling time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday. Our order cut-off is 5:00pm (GMT+2). Orders placed after 5:00pm are processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or South African public holidays.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within South Africa takes 2 to 3 business days from dispatch. Counting handling, total delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate per order, based on what is in your cart:

• Standard items (inverters, solar panels, cables and accessories): R120
• Batteries and inverter + battery kits: R350
• Heavy items: R890

If your cart has items from more than one group, those rates are added together. For example, a battery with a set of cables ships for R470. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Carrier

Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy.
