Warranty
5-Year / 10-Year Warranty, depending on the final installation location and applicable Deye warranty policy.
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician. A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued, and the installation must comply with SANS 10142 and applicable South African electrical requirements.
Warranty claims may require installation photos, a valid COC and proof of installation by a qualified installer.
