Warranty & Installation Requirements
The Felicity ESS T-REX inverter carries a 5-year warranty, with extension options available subject to applicable warranty conditions.
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified electrical wireman or Master Electrician with valid registration with the Department of Labour.
A valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued after installation, specifically covering the installed backup or solar system.
